Refund 

The following is our refund policy: This service agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason within 2 days of start date by via written notice of intent to cancel via email to hello@ellejmgmt.com. Refunds will be in full payment if canceled right away, no work has been performed. Half of the payment will be returned if only half of the time of the project hours have been worked. The only other instance that would constitute a refund is if the project is not completed due to Elle J Management negligence or completed wrong by Elle J Management and the amount of that refund could be full or partial depending on the details of the situation. 

Termination Policy

The following is our termination policy: If project is repeatedly delayed due to client not providing what is needed to complete service booked; Elle J Management has the right to end the service agreement (verbal/contract/website purchased). If client for any reason becomes difficult to work with; Elle J Management reserves the right to terminate the service agreement at any time. The client can cancel their booked service at any time before project is complete, however, if hours have been fulfilled; no refund of any amount will be given. If client cancels after project has started, the amount of hours workedd will be deducted from payment and the remaining balance will be returned to client. Customers are agreeing to both our refund & termination pollicy when purchasing our services.
